School Vision

I am a Garfield Great. I treat others with respect. I am responsible and I reflect on my choices. I respect myself, others and school property. I am responsible for my learning and doing quality work. I reflect on my choices by self-evaluating.

The Garfield staff is known for their positive involvement in the school and their dedication to the success of all students. We are an active group of educators who are involved in the Garfield community as well as the Yakima community. We believe in building a positive atmosphere where students and staff interact together in an effort to provide a quality social and academic program for ALL students.
